For the price I paid, there should have been a airport pickup and drop. It did not meet up to my expectations, compared to places I have stayed before and payed less

Beautiful setting in lovely gardens. Family friendly! - First hotel I have visited that have provided a nappy bin for my infant. :) Great kids club and kids facilities. Kids food menu. Infants food menu. Semi private beach. Clever layout for the pool allowing privacy and plenty of shallow areas. Excellent a la cart breakfast. Enough variety for a week or so. All food very high standard. Excellent Thai restaurant. Extensive bar menu made better by a very knowledgeable and friendly barman, Khun Oak. Rooms very well decorated.

Room service takes too long to arrive. 40mins to 1 hour is not acceptable. Service unfortunately was a problem on occasions. Usually was excellent but then there were forgotten orders, lack of staff at restaurants especially during weddings at the hotel. Not ideal when trying to feed your kids early so they can go to bed. The issues were recognised with apologies by staff, but shouldn't be happening in the first place at this level. Beware when running around the hotel running track, Security guards around the hotel perimeter were rude with no idea how to approach a situation.

Fabulous hotel with a great service! Love everything about Rosewood. Thank you dear Fang for your kindness and great professionalism! Recommend this hotel to people who looking for quit and comfortable place! Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you once stay in Rosewood you will craving to come back!

Very private with all the amenities you would expect and more. Staff was very helpful and we always felt safe and taken care of.

A bit far away from some of the activities and sights but the island is small so we didn’t mind.

It was like an oasis every time we returned from day time activities. Restaurants and staff were fabulous! Very accommodating for families and the private pools for each room were awesome. While the property is large they are great with driving you around in golf carts and providing bikes to use on the property.

A bit far away from things but worth the extra taxi time to return back to luxury.

It is a Rosewood Hotel, so rooms are very modern and excellent as you expect. Restaurants are Michelin star rated!! People (non-guests) come to Rosewood Hotel for dinner). Breakfast is great(Hotel make you as much as you want without extra charges.) For people who travel with children.....They have a good kid's club with actual programs and staffs near pool area. Also, this hotel is only 15minutes from Patong beach area, so you can take the taxi to enjoy Phuket town while you still staying at a quiet remote resort. Few more thing : I was traveling with a 6 yr old child. Without asking ....The hotel prepared the child bed with a guard so that child does not fall off the bed. Also, the hotel noticed we put a chair in the bathroom so the child can reach the faucet......the next day, the hotel provided a little step stool for the child. Not to mention a little toy gift in the room when we arrived, and a "Santa" prepared a gift (with the child's name on it) for the child. I cannot say too much of these little things that the hotel cared for the guests.

Room cost is higher than other resorts, but it is worth it.

We loved the hotel so much, we didn't leave it once in the 7 nights we spent there. The service was superb. We were really taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone from restaurant waitresses to pool side attendants gets a 5 star from me. The thai restaurant Ta Kai is amazing. If you love thai food, you will be spoiled.

Staff were kind , friendly, helpful at all times , nothing was too much trouble always with a smile. Two perfect Restr Thai and Italian 3 Italian chefs who were very obliging Amazing food ,fresh healthy local good quality produce. All round we would definitely return to the resort.
